RDMA User-space Consolidation: Update and Future projects discussion

Abstract

The Linux RDMA project has combined 18 previously distinct source
trees into one tree in order to make better use of our limited people
resources and simplify distribution of the standard RDMA user space.
A brief update will be given on the work accomplished so far, with a
discussion to follow on the remaining difficult points and future
projects within the consolidated tree.
